Nowadays,we should keep our body and soul in form.We have a lot of ways,like different alternative therapies,emotional health,fitness and so on.And I would like to give you some advice about our body and soul!

Firstly,what do you know about hypnotism?Scientists are not 100% sure, that hypnotism works.  What they do know is that it creates a state deep relaxation in which patients are more open to suggestions than when they are wide awake. A lot of people try it, and if it's helps, it's good.But if you want,you can try it on yourself.


Secondly,you can keep your health by means of different ways like oxygen drinks or miniature fish!If you have  bad day you can go in oxygen bar.There you can boost your energy,reduce stress and improve your concentration.Also,you can try absolute different drinks like hot air!


Moreover,When you go for a pedicure,there's usually just one pedicurist,but imagine having your toes worked on by 150 fish!The treatment involves you plunging your feet into a tank full of toothless "doctor fish" so that they can nibble your dead skin away! In fact,it really tickled and you will laugh out loud

And finaly,are you losing sleep or not eating well?Do you feel that your schedule is too busy or that there is too much expected of you?If so,it is likely that you are suffering from stress.And you are not alone!

All in all,I think you can use my advices and your life will become better!
