In our world there a lot of choice of food.You can eat healthy food like frueits and vegetables,fish and meat and so on,or you can eat fast food like sugar drinks,different burgers,energy drinksmchips and so on. Anyway,If you want to live a long time ,you should eat healthy food and of course eat properly.
   First of all, I know story aboot man,who found information about why people live so long in Okinawa. People live so long because they eat only healthy food and drink just wine and green tea.Diseases like cancer,diabetes and heart disease are rare in this city.They live better than we.
Moreover,we know that if we don't eat food a long time,she begings to deteorite.But why? Food goes bad because of some factors: temperature in which the food is stored, Ph scale and amount of harmful micro organisms, such as bacterias, moulds and yeasts.
    However,I think that breakfast is the most important food in out day.It is not a secret that our meals influence much on our health and our mood. That's why I consider breakfast to be the most important meal in the day as it is the first our meal and it can put us in good spirits.
   All in all,I think that after my story you can make some сonclusions.And you should remember that food- is key of success in our life.
